In this time of age, we're using our eyes to stare at small screens devices like cell phone, tablet, and computers which lead to eye fatigue and may increase age-related eye problems.

But decreasing eyesight doesn't have to be an avoidable part of living long.  Try these eye exercises to strengthen eye muscles, improve focusing, eye movement and stimulate brain's vision center.

These eye exercises may help counteract existing eye problem you may have and maintain current eyesight level.
